Jenny Flower has been training for 20 years. She began her training in Norwich, England in 1989 and moved to San Diego to apprentice under Chiba Shihan for three years in the Kenshusei program living for one year as Uchideshi at San Diego Aikikai. In 1997 she moved to Greece and jointly founded and ran Athens Aikikai for nearly ten years before founding Athens Aikido in 2009. She currently holds the rank of 5th degree black belt and is a Birankai International certified instructor (Shidoin). She is a member of the Hellenic Birankai Teaching Committee.
