Hellenic Birankai will be holding its annual Sesshin with Zen Monk Shokan from November 12-14 at Athens Aikido. Sesshin begins on the Friday 12th with a short introduction followed by two full days of zazen on the 13th and 14th. In addition to a zaphu and zabuton (optional) participants should bring three medium sized bowls, a dishcloth, chopsticks or spoon/fork and a cup and as we will sleep in the dojo on Saturday night a sleeping bag or blanket are also necessary. Sesshin is open to all. For further information send an email to info@athensaikido.gr.
