Ioanna Dimas met Yoga in 2012 and has since become an integral part of her life. Experiencing yoga as a way of life and thinking, she discovered through her the tools for a daily life characterized by balance, acceptance and inner strength. In 2017, she completed her Nada Yoga Place Bahiranga Yoga Teacher Training (RYS 200) and in 2019 Mindful Restorative Yoga (120h) also at Nada Yoga Place deepening into yoga therapy.

Ioanna’s lessons focus on physical and mental balance, awareness and understanding of how the body and mind function, the pursuit of emotional and spiritual clarity while improving physical flexibility and muscle endurance.

Her way of teaching embraces the philosophy of yoga, creating a warm and friendly environment for those who want to find the inner balance within the intense rhythms of their daily lives.
